Winter 2024 & 2025 Q1 Developments in Industrial Automation - expanded product offering and diagnostic and repair services at YORK

Winter 2025 Update: Since December 2022 the supply chain strictures have fortunately eased, with less stress on product delivery due dates. Our teams at YORK have been able to ramp up our service response times with expedited shipment schedules back to normal, providing replacement parts and services following normal response times. Our departments are now working on near-normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules back to regular operation levels. In addition to the Us Digital HB6M-10000-472-IE-S-H parts and service support, we have been able to add new lines of product and service:

Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We offer full support for discontinued Us-Motor products, including obsoleted and phased-out Valcom parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2025 Ametek product line-up. Starting Q1 2025 YORK is pleased to announce additional repair and rebuild services for the automation products made by industrial controls leader Us-Motor such as the N06N1040239F spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the V9941A manufactured by Valcom and we are pleased to be able to service most Valcom systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature M2000RUTM11 by Manufacturer Ametek as well.

York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Starting early January 2025 York has Van-Dorn Brand PATHFINDER25004500VBRC in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate dispatch to meet your requirement for spare replacements. Spare units by Validyne such as 10329REVA equipment made by Validyne have been added to our featured items. As a tip, you can find the entire Validyne products line-up in our inventory by simply searching for "Validyne" in the search box. Additionally we have now also available AVS2000 made by Vacon as well as the popular CF01 original spares produced by Us-Motor

Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the ELTUNEC by Valmet and 10329REVA spares by Validyne are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings. This also includes the original TM150B25210 Spares made by industrial controls and automation manufacturer Vandergraaf.
